Journal #1 – Color

My favorite color is red. I love the color red because it is a strong color and it suites my personality. I have a very strong personality, I am not someone that you could forget. I am naturally drawn to things of the color red. Whenever I am shopping red objects or clothing really stick out to me. Red Also is the color that looks best on my skin tone so I tend to wear red a lot. Red makes me feel powerful because it is such a strong color. I also like that most people don’t like the color red because it makes it more special. The color pink, for example, a lot of people like it so it’s not as extraordinary. I feel it’s important to stick out and be different and the color red definitely sticks out. I have always liked the color red even as a kid. My room has always been red-themed and I don’t think that will ever change. When I grow up and have my own house, the door to my house will be red. I don’t know why but that has always been a childhood dream of mine. The point is that red is different from all the other colors in my eyes it speaks to me differently.
